The Luckiest - Piper Vaughn, M.J. O'Shea This was a surprisingly sweet story! I'm not a huge fan of rock star or addiction-recovery romances and read this book because I'd liked the first in the series which had a nice lover-scorned-revenge theme. So I didn't have too many expectations for the Luckiest. But it's more about Nick overcoming his childhood losses, shaking off his rock star image of himself and coming out, with Luka holding him hand for most of it. Luka is warm and adorable and he makes the relationship work.

The Luckiest was better even than Moonlight Becomes you. And there was a puppy in a basket. :)
